We are proactive in maintaining an ethical culture through regular ethics and compliance trainings and holding all employees accountable to our code of ethics and business conduct. The UIT LLC Anti-Corruption Program ensures UIT LLC, its business partners, and employees conduct business operations consistent with the U.S. Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), U.S. Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA), U.K. Bribery Act (UKBA), and the national anti-corruption laws of the countries in which UIT LLC operates
